The increased train traffic will definitely impact our emergency response to those citizens living on the Mississippi river across highway 76. I don't think the railroad wants any negative publicity when a train wreck or breakdown prevents a small town to respond to their citizens. You seriously need to think about and communicate the impact of your plan of increased train traffic to ensure everyone gets the facts of why this happening. (Received via project website)
