I respectively vote against the increased rail traffic that is being proposed. Itasca already suffers from additional air traffic, noise, and air pollution due to O'Hare runway expansion, and, suffers from additional vehicle noise due to I390 expansion. Itasca also suffers from current railway noise and train horns in the late hours and overnight. (Received via project website)
