I conduct the NEPA review of HUD funded projects in KCMO (Municipality of 319 square miles). Given the substantial increase in traffic, post acquisition, I am interested in hearing what specific steps are planned to reduce/minimize noise impacts, including whether you are in talks with the FRA, MoDOT and others, to abolish crossings that are no longer open, so that horn sounding is not necessary at those locations.
