This is not a good plan. A major increase in traffic in a residential area where people are constantly crossing the Train Tracks is a very poor plan. It would negatively impact Musactine and all the neighboring communities. It would be best to reroute the train through a rual area. Musactine tracks along the River should not carryover 5-6 trains per day. As it now with 5-6 trains creates a huge hardship for residents to go in and out of the parks. To increase the train traffic would negatively impact the towns and Parks along the Mississippi from Musactine to Davenport. I doubt Musactine residents would want see this increase happen.
