I am very concerned that this action will increase train traffic in Muscatine to a level that causes serious issues for our residents, workers, and local businesses/corporations. The disruptions will impact homes, offices, and corporate headquarters very near the tracks. They will slow emergency responses and trap others attempting to access parking and other parts of town. I ask that you do not approve any changes which will increase train traffic in Muscatine. (Received via project website)
