As a homeowner in Pingree Grove, I strongly disagree with this movement. We currently have one active crossing in town and CP is consistently placing trains there at a stand still. Not only is this a major inconvenience but this also disrupts our Emergency Medical services. This crossing by the roundabout is also in such poor shape as CP has neglected the proper maintenance on the crossing. Granted, both these issues are currently with only 3 trains coming into town, with the proposed amount of more trains coming on a single track, this is something our town just can’t afford to continue to be a disruption too.
