In general optimization is a good thing. But I would also point out the tracks in our city really obstruct commerce and transit. And any increase in train traffic is detrimental with our current configuration. If however we elevated the tracks over the intersection it would really improve things similar to what they did in Bensenville for Irving park road. (Received via project website)
