I am vehemently opposed to the addition of 8 to 10 freight trains using the Milwaukee Road West Line tracks. The additional noise and traffic jams will have a extremely negative impact on the quality of life in Roselle. Current train traffic, Schaumburg air traffic and O’Hare air traffic already make my Roselle neighborhood one of the noisiest I have lived in. And now we will have an additional 8 to 10 freight trains? And please don’t give me that good neighbor garbage. We all know how that will work out. (Received via project website)
