I am concerned with how this will affect residents of South Concord Street. Train traffic is already an issue with the tracks at Wapello and at Concord being blocked for extended periods of times. I personally have sat at the tracks at Concord waiting for a train to move for almost two hours. This is not safe if an emergency were to arise. A family member sat in an ambulance at the tracks, after suffering a heart attack, for 15 minutes before the train was able to be moved. This is unacceptable. I suggest building a train bridge or something similar so that residents of South Concord Street are able to come and go in a timely fashion. (Received via project website)
