This merger of CP and KCS Rail line is a VERY BAD IDEA! We CANNOT have this happen because we feel the Emergency Vehicles are MORE IMPORTANT to SAVE PEOPLE'S LIVES, and the Railroad tracks NEED TO BE OPEN for the Emergency Vehicles. First of all, this is going to bring 6 to 8 ADDITIONAL FREIGHT TRAINS A DAY on the Milwaukee/West Line which goes through our town, Wood Dale. This will make traffic frequently snarled, and that police, fire, and paramedic units will get held up responding to emergencies. WE ARE VERY MUCH AGAINST THIS!!!! Thank you.
