Has Canadian Pacific shown sufficient proof of purpose and need for increasing the freight traffic? Are they willing to pay to protect the communities they want to invade against environmental pollution? Things like safer crossing gates that will allow for a quiet zone, or sound proofing businesses and residences near the tracks. (Received via project website)
