I am not opposed to any merger, but VERY concerned about the loud and ongoing train whistles that occur throughout the night. I was under an understanding that we have quiet hours from 10pm-6am. This must be enforced. Installing additional barriers (like on Rodenburg Rd). should eliminate the need for train whistles at all. (Received via project website)
