Our city has the railroad going right through the middle of our town. I already this summer has been stuck at the railroad crossing to get to my child because the train had stopped for 10 minutes without any sign of it moving. There is NO WAY that this will pose a risk for safety of residents (with our police station only one one end), along with the safety of children (delays to school), but impose issues with the traffic that gets locked up at the intersections. We also are a “quiet” town but know the freights still will blow their whistles. I am against this and hope the public gets heard on this. (Received via project website)
