I think the merger of the 2 railways should be approved. The improvement to greenhouse gas emissions alone should be enough to let this go forward. I agree the Water Treatment Plant should receive an overpass as to not block the access, however, the noise complaints are of little consequence. As railways expand in the United States, it will be easier to upgrade to the better trains you see in Europe and Asia. Millions of people on those continents live, work, and play next to train tracks. People in the United States only complain because our rail system is so far behind the times. The environment must be protected. This would help. (Received via project website)
