I am opposed to this merger as it will have a deleterious impact on traffic flow, noise, and the environment. If the merger is approved, however, there should be significant requirements placed on the railroads at their expense to mitigate impacts, e.g., should have to build over- or under-passes to avoid traffic impacts.
