Clarification is needed on the following: 1. Amount of freight traffic increase and impact on traffic flow 2. Noise - will no horn areas be implemented? Some areas hear train horns throughout the day including at night. Not only that, but the sound and vibrations of train traffic can be excessive as is. 3. Impact on local infrastructure given additional total weight (Received via project website)
