What data is being used for the estimation of increased local traffic? If the estimation is 8 trains/day now (Bensenville, IL), what is the forecast for the additional number of trains 10, 20, 40 years from now? With the continued growth of ecommerce during the pandemic driving 25% growth in ecommerce alone, what is the impact on this particular acquisition? Improvements to infrastructure across the board are a non-negotiable to mitigate the extensive supply chain issues we are seeing now from becoming our status quo, but with there being so many unknowns about the interconnectivities associated with this (likely port upgrades, other rail line improvements, IT infrastructure improvements amongst myriad companies involved in the coming years), it is not possible to identify the true impact. There is great value here from a supply chain and logistics standpoint, but on a community level the disruption may be significant for many, **MANY** years to come.
