CP has both CP rail lines and "trackage rights" in the following areas: Zip code / City or Township 55071 / Grey Cloud Island, MN 55016 / Cottage Grove, MN 55071 / St. Paul Park, MN What is the anticipated impact of the CP-KCS merger on the "trackage rights" rail in these areas; e.g., Potential for or anticipated increase in number of trains (how many - existing vs 2027), increased number of freight cars, increased times per day environmental impact. etc. Please provide as much information as possible regarding possible impacts. Same question relative to what is the anticipated impact of the CP-KCS merger on the current CP rail lines in these areas. Anticipated improvements or required ROWS, bridge replacements. How is this information communicated to the appropriate city officials; What are the titles of the city officials that are notified for follow up. Thank you. (Received via project website)
