I am concerned about the environmental impacts this merger will have, specifically in regards to Canadian Pacific's historical use of railways to transport oil (which has a high chance of spillage and environmental destruction). If these railways merge will any steps be taken to prevent increased oil shipments (which would lead to a higher chance of major environmental disaster)? (Received via project website)
