I see that the proposed acquisition states that there would be environmental benefits, less trucks on the road AKA less pollution. However, that does not outweigh the NEGATIVE environmental impacts. Things such as air quality, biological resources, noise, water resources, hazardous waste sites. And yes there may be less trucks...but more trains are being added. All of these negatives affect many more people than reduced truck traffic. Can you elaborate more on the "impact topics," that I listed above?
