I am writing to speak against the proposed rail line work being proposed by CSXT/L&I rail lines. The proposed increase from 6-8 trains per day to a proposed 18 trains per day is too significant a jump to an already crowded and dense urban area. As a neighbor and property owner who lives a short distance from the train line in question,I find this proposal to increase rail traffic far too much to maintain the quality of life in our neighborhood.
