in Chater 11 - Grade Safety and Crossing Delay, You publish a schedule of expected delays at anticipated road crossing. For connector 3 you identify two road crossings; Ayrshire Avenue and West Carpenter Lake Road. However, in actual fact, The connector crosses three roads, Ayrshire Road, West Carpenter Lake Road, and Farmers road, all within the space if a half mile. No Mention is made of the crossing of Farmers road which woul occur within one hundred yards of the crossing of West carpenter Lake Road. Farmers Road is perpendicular to Aryshire Road and is used as an access Road to several homes on or near Carpenter Lake. If the connector 3 route were to shift a couple of hundred yards to the west and south, it would only need to cross one road, Ayrshire road, saving two unnecessary and extremely inconvenient crossings.
