Comment EI-20079
Received or sent (printed as 1/15/2013)
There are environmental concerns created by the extreme density on the BNSF tracks between Miles City and the Mossmain Junction. Additional coal trains will only complicate this tremendous if not dangerous situation of over crowding. The derailments will cause the spillage of coal and oil. This is a rail system dating back to the Age of Steam. Anymore additional coal trains will endanger the environmental impact more. So please record my opposition.
