The proposed coal-hauling line should not be built through the Tongue River Valley. It is not worth the damage to human health that mining, shipping, and burning coal will create. It's ridiculous that coal is even being considered a viable energy source in this day and age. It's not the 1800s, time to leave their technology behind.
