Dear Mr. Blodgett, I am urge you to deny development of the Tongue River Railroad. At the very least, further study must proceed on the potential threats to wildlife, citizen's quality of life, native ancestral sites and rights. Of foremost concern to me is the construction of another route to climate disaster with coal shipments to Asia. I agree with the climate scientists' majority assessment that the only way to lower our carbon level is to limit emissions. The Tongue River RR only enhances climate disruption.
