Please study the entire expected coalmtrai route and not just this one. Secondly we need to study the need for removing more coal from the earth. We are at a critical point in our CO2 capacity. We need to look to the science of climate change and listen to the International Academy of Scientists who agree that the burning of fossil fuels is harmful to our planet.
