Comment EI-19821
Received or sent (printed as 1/10/2013)
I live on Puget Sound in Wa state, but coal train impacts have no boundaries. On December 17, two months after submitting an application for a new rail line, and after all of the public hearings, the Tongue River Railroad submitted a new application to the Surface Transportation Board. Please do not allow this last minute permit change without reopening the public comment period and hold a hearing in Colslip. Thank you.
