Dear Mr. Blodgett, I believe the Tongue River Railroad is a bad idea because I am convinced that shipping coal to Asia will be a very short-lived endeavor. China suffers from extreme air pollution and will have to cut back on coal burning in the near future. Thus the Tongue River Railroad will cause disturbance and environmental degradation with little or no benefit to the people of Montana. I believe an EIS should analyze whether there really is a LONG-TERM need for the Tongue River Railroad. Regards, Peter Lesica
