I have serious concerns about the tongue river railroad project, specifically regarding: - The impacts of increased train traffic on communities like Bozeman that are affected by the railroad. - The impacts of burning the coal in China. - The impacts on the communities on the coast where the coal will be transferred to ship. - the impact of extracting and burning all of that coal on the world, but particularly on mountainous communities such as those we have in montana, where we are already experiencing the effects of climate change.
