The proposed Tongue River Railroad is a VERY BAD idea. In 2012 the US experienced the warmest on record and the 2nd worst bout of extreme weather on record. This will only make things much worse. China will benefit in the short term but the US and world will pay the price in the longer term. Please Deny this request. Sincerely, Justin
