Any new right of way entails physical and social consequences. The essential question is what do the people impacted by this new right of way gain? This right of way is to be created for private profit in the transport and sale of a commodity the use of which will severely jeopardized the long term health and security not only for those directly impacted by the rail line, but that of the entire life system on this planet. Don't be a party to a decision for which you will be rightly villified by your grandchildren. Please think in the long term!
