I could quibble over the last minute change in the route of the Tongue River railroad, the impact to the local environment and that the people of Colstrip should be given a chance to have their say, but I will not. I oppose the railroad altogether because it is intended to ship coal and coal-generated electricity is single largest cause of global warming. I feel that we need to start eliminating coal-generated electricity altogether and this can not be accomplished if we keep opening new coal mines to support the power plants. We need to start phasing out these plants immediately.
