The change in the Tongue River Rail line to join the rail lines in Colstrip must require a public comment period and public hearing in Colstrip. This change has impacts on agriculture and families that live all along the proposed route. We live in a country that saw a record full degree of warming last year and as such we must study the impact of burning this coal in our and other countries to the global climate and air quality.
