I feel strongly that the construction of the Tongue River Railroad should be studied in much more detail before moving forward. Most importantly, I feel the impacts of burning additional coal in China need to be analyzed. Secondly, the impacts of increased train traffic in communities like Bozeman need to be analyzed. Finally, the effects of increased train traffic on wildlife need to be further analyzed. thank you, Joshua Gage
