The Tongue River Railroad company should not be allowed to build a coal-hauling line through the Montana countryside. The EIS should be mindful of the fact that this project is not being built for the convenience and necessity of the general public which is what is required for an entity to obtain the power of eminent domain and condemnation authority. It is being built for the sole purpose to transport Coal to the West Coast for Export to China and other Asian Countries.
