In regard to the proposed Tongue River Railroad, STB needs to study the impacts of increased train traffic on communities like Bozeman that are affected by the railroad. -The impacts of heavily increased train traffic on migrating wildlife such as bears, elk and proghorn - The impacts of burning the coal in China. 2012 was the hottest year on record in the US, with average temperates a full degree higher than ever recorded. We cannot act like we have an unlimited ticket to burn fossil fuels!
