Any coal shipped west from Montana could end up passing right by where I live, both on the train and then on a large ship. I would personally suffer from coal dust pollution, as would every human and every living thing from the mines to the end point in Asia. Burning coal is changing the makeup of the air we breathe, killing thousands, and possibly killing millions into the future. It is time to stop using coal. Please help save my life, and do not allow the Tongue River Railroad to happen.
