Due to the last minute route change proposed by Arch Coal, I feel that the public comment period should be reopened and a hearing be held in Colstrip. Additionally, I feel the devastating environmental impacts of the proposed route should be better researched and communicated to the public. As a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I want to ensure a landscape that is as gloriously beautiful for my children like the one we enjoy today.
