RE: Tongue River Railroad proposal and new coal mine expansion Because of the new route selection, you need to reopen the public comment period and hold hearings in Colstrip, and throughout the state. I would like to see hearings in Missoula and Helena. You must analyze the horrible effects of climate change that will effect Montana, the country and really all the world. Existing agricultural operations and livelihoods along the new route need to be considered fully and given first priority, along with the increases to climate change. Also the Tongue river is too beautiful and too valuable for wildlife (aquatic, avian and terrestrial species) to have this railroad built nearby it.
