Dear Mr. Blodgett, I am writing to urge that the new application for the Tongue River Railroad be rejected. Because the proposed route has now significantly changed, the public comment process should be reopened and a new public hearing held. Furthermore, it is now explicitly clear that the sole function of the new railroad would be to haul coal for export to Asia. Any decision regarding whether the railroad is in the public interest must consider the impacts of the climate change exacerbated by the burning of the huge amounts of coal which would be hauled by the railroad, and by the economic impacts to agricultural operations along the proposed new route. Sincerely, Zack Winestine
