I am opposed to further exploitation in the US to enable the coal and railroad industry to transport dirty coal to China through our lands and communities. US citizens are affected negatively through the coal dust dumped into their air, railroads being constructed where they don't belong and affect on wildlife and property values in the Tongue River Valley. There is NO neccesity to the public for this proposal, nor is there any convenience, only inconvenience to the public. Please address these concerns in your environmental impact statement. This proposal is not forward looking in the negative impacts placed on ours and the planet's environment.
