Please do not approve the Tongue River Railroad Company's permit. Although coal it may bring profit, we must remember that money is not everything and that the environmental and human effects will last far beyond the time at which the money is used up. I am begging you to protect out environment, protect our children's lungs, and deny the request for a permit to build the coal-hauling line though the Tongue River Valley.
