Regarding the Tongue River Railroad proposal, please make sure the new Environmental Impact Analysis examines all impacts to the environment, climate, culture and archeologic resources. Regarding Bozeman, MT specifically, please examine the impact of increased traffic patterns and any potential changes in air quality.
