I strongly oppose the construction of the Tongue River Railroad. Please consider that the Tongue River Valley is land that is already in productive use in a sustainable way and to allow a single corporation preference to export dirty fuel to Asian economies could do irreversible damage to the land and water. Please consider the sustainability of such an industry over the long term as compared to the historical sustainability of the agricultural use of the same land. I urge your consideration to use the no-action for this project. In gratitude, Debbie Smith
