I am against the Tongue River Railroad, and recommend the no action" option. The adverse effects of this railroad far outweigh the benefits on all levels. Environmentally it is a disaster. Condemning agricultural land to benefit the hierarchy of Arch Coal is a travesty. Destroying the beautiful Tongue River Valley is a travesty. Who benefits? Only Arch Coal benefits. Please stop this from happening."
