I strongly urge you to Nix coal (for China!) railroad through spectacular, pristine, World Heritage Tongue River Valley! Not only will it destroy this area but greatly add to greenhouse gases & pollute water/air. Needs a Full EIS! I strongly urge you to- Do your job- Protect Our Public lands, waters, livelihoods, air, wildlife & health! You work for citizens, Not industry! Your attention to this most urgent matter would be much appreciated by all present & future generations of all species. Thank you Lydia Garvey Public Health Nurse
