In a high density population known for contaminated industrial sites it is imperative that ALL issues pertaining to this issue be fully investigated prior to taking action. The health of our children and community at large deserve nothing less. Jersey City, needs a full study of the effects that abandonment of the Harsimus Branch, and demolition of the Embankment, will have on our community and city.
