For years, my husband and I have had serious concerns about continuing to live in JC, with its poor air quality and areas of hazardous waste. We have observed the devastating effects on children city-wide. It is absolutely imperative that a full study take place, to research the effects that abandonment of the Harsimus Branch, and demolition of the Embankment, will have on our community and city.
