To Whom it May Concern: Please consider the long term beauty and the improvement in the quality of life in creating a 6 block park along the elevated Conrail train tracks in Jersey CIty, not to mention the increase in property and resale values, enhancement to it's residents and protection of the existing environment, including the impact on migratory birds and the impact on the quality of life of the community during the construction. Long term Conrail's plan will have adverse effects on traffic patterns, noise pollution & water. I recommend a full review by the Federal Agency, especially in light of the abysmal track record of Conrail to maintain the site these many years. I would ask at the very least for an Environmental Impact Statement to be made. Thank you.
