I love the embankment. It is a beautiful historic structure, and plans for a park on top would increase and improve attractiveness to downtown Jersey City residents. There is limited green space in the city, and creating a park on top could provide an effective model to future generations of the importance of green areas which enhance people's lives in that it allows them to enjoy the outdoors in a way that is not available when overdevelopment takes place.
